Model and actress Michelle Dee has been crowned as Miss World Philippines 2019 during the recently held coronation night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Sunday, September 15.
Michelle stood out among the other contestants as she earned other awards apart from getting the crown, including Miss Myra E, Miss GCOX, Miss Bluewater Day Spa (tied with Casie Banks), Miss Best Skin (tied with Kelley Day) and Miss Bench.
During the question and answer portion, Michelle was asked which invention from the last century does she think should make a comeback.
The new queen answered: “It would probably be polaroid films. I’m an avid lover of art, I love photography and I love the kind of energy and feel that polaroids give me, just being able to lay everything out and go down memory lane is such a different feeling.”
