A 28-year old woman who just gave birth died after several hospitals turned them away for the reason that the hospital is already in full capacity, including one hospital asking for a deposit of PhP 30,000.00 before agreeing to take them in.
Kathy Bulatao gave birth to her third child with the help of a midwife.

In a report by ABS-CBN News, husband Jan Christian Bulatao said their was complication after his wife gave birth, requiring Kathy to be brought to a hospital.
“Masyado raw malalim ang isang inunan, hindi daw nailabas,” Jan said, adding that Kathy was experiencing difficulty breathing and was bleeding profusely.
