Netizen mulls the possibility that Vico Sotto is the inventor of COVID-19; Luis Manzano reacts

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto was accused by a netizen as the inventor of COVID-19 and the reason behind it was shared by actor Luis Manzano. The netizen started by asking “What if si Vico Sotto pala and nag imbinto ng COVID-19?”

The netizen said the name of Vico backward which became “COVI”. The netizen claimed Vico’s favorite number of the young mayor is 4 and the 4th letter in the alphabet is D which completes the “COVID” term.
