THE National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) issued another cease and desist order ordering Channel 43 to stop its operations. In a document posted by ABS-CBN multi-media journalist Jacque Manabat, it’s stated that:
“NTC-National Capital Region reported that it had monitored digital TV transmission on Channel 43 (644-650MHz). The programs monitored were Cine MO!, Yey! DZMM TeleRadyo and KBO (PPV).”
