Actress and TV host Marietta Subong known as Pokwang can’t help but be saddened over her second ‘lockdown’ birthday celebration.
In her Instagram account, Pokwang posted several photo and videos as she showed to her fans and followers of her celebrated her 51st birthday. In the videos, Pokwang’s daughter, baby Malia was seen singing a birthday song for her. In the other videos, Pokwang was seen giving food packs to her loved ones.
According to Pokwang, due to the pandemic, she decided not to hold a party or get together for her birthday celebration.
“dahil praning ako kay Delta at si Covid, walang party or tipon tipon kahit mga kapatid ko ako nalang naghatid ng handa at pa birthday sakanila at sa aking school noong elementary pa ako#delapazelementaryschool”
“nakaka sad dati kasi masaya kami g magsasalo salo ng mga kapatid ko, pero dahil nga sa kalagayan natin ngayon waz muna chikahan at kulitan 😢 #staysafe#mysecondlockdownbirthday” Pokwang wrote in the caption.
In a separate post, Pokwang also shared her birthday wish as she posted a mesmerizing photo.
“my birthday wish 8/27/2021 🌟⭐️💫 para sayo na nagbabasa nito ngayon 🙏🏼 kung ano man ang pinagdaraanan mo, or sa pamilya mo, kahit na ano man yan kahit sa trabaho, negosyo, love life or sa kalusugan sana ay maging maayos ang lahat lalo na para sa mga mahal mo 🙏🏼 God bless and protect us all ❤️”
