Actress Pokwang greeted Queen of all Media Kris Aquino on her birthday last February 14, 2021. Pokwang described Kris as one of the person she love most for having a good heart and for being ready to lend a helping hand always.
On Instagram, Pokwang posted a photo of Kris with the following caption:
“Happy birthday ganda ❤️ @krisaquino mahal kita alam mo yan….. walang maraming tsu tsu at palabok yun na…… stay happy and blessed kasi hindi ka maramot na tao grabe… God bless you and ingat lagi 🎉”
One netizen then commented and asked: “Mahal mo siya @itspokwang28 because?”
To which Pokwang revealed that Kris was one of those who helped her during the ABS-CBN shutdown which rendered a lot of ABS-CBN artists to lose their source of revenue.
“Sa panahon na nawalan ako ng work dahil pinasara ang ABS-CBN siya @krisaquino at si @jgl71 at @aptentertainment.ph ang umalalay sakin,” Pokwang said.
