Deputy Executive Director of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Mocha Uson went to Twitter to clarify claims that she is against Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto. Netizens started to bash Uson for a post on her blog calling the Pasig mayor a ‘Pabebe.’
