A 28 year old married woman returned her Social Amelioration Program (SAP) amounting to PhP 5,000 because her husband already received their SAP. Mrs. Whendy Pido from North Cotabato returned the money because she felt there are other families who will also benefit from it.
“Kusa ko pong ibinalik yung perang naibigay sa akin ng mga taga-barangay mula sa Social Amelioration Program sa dahilang nabigyan na ang aking asawa na nasa kabilang barangay. Ma kailangan ito ng iba pang higit na nangangailangan dulot ng Covid-19 krisis sa aming barangay,” said Mrs. Whendy.
