Bocaue Bulacan Counsellor Rico Navarro shared that a woman was caught violating the curfew time in effect because she had her hair rebonded. The woman was caught at around 9.30pm on her way home after her hair service.
Furthermore, the woman admitted that she used the PhP 6,500 ‘ayuda’ she received from Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). The Social Amelioration Program (SAP) of the government is provided for people to buy basic goods for their family.
