Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia undoubtedly has a flourishing showbiz career as he was able to buy a townhouse unit in Quezon City for his family at the age of 21.
In his interview with Pep, Joshua revealed that the three-level townhouse is his gift for his dad Geo Garcia and shared that he paid it in cash, though he refused to provide details about the price of the property.

He said: “Gift ko ‘yon sa Papa ko.”
According to Joshua, the house is already fully paid and that the amount he spent has already been returned to him through his endorsements.
“Pero nabawi ko na iyon. Okay na ko do’n. Nabawi ko agad nung pagpasok pa lang ng taon kasi pumasok yung tatlong endorsements. Kinash ko ‘yon,” he added.
According to Joshua, he will continue to save money to fulfill his next goal of building his dream house.
