Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto has been in the news lately more so on social media because of his efforts and projects to stop the spreading of COVID-19 in his city. The mayor has been seen going around Pasig attending to different relief efforts, buying drone disinfectants, community kitchens, providing bikes and more.
The hashtag “#ProtectVico” came about after news that there are some verbal attacks and criticisms hurdled against the young mayor surfaced.
