Myrtle Sarrosa took to Instagram to express her grief over her grandmother’s passing. She revealed that she was unable to see her Lola Nene Sazon’s final moments as her grandmother is based in Davao, while Myrtle and her family are currently in Manila.
Metro Manila has been placed under a strict community quarantine due to the spread of the coronavirus.

Myrtle posted a picture of her and her grandmother, alongside a heart-wrenching caption.
“You had the happiest smile here. I will miss you Lola Nene Sazon.” the caption begins.
“Sorry kung hindi ako makakadto sa Davao subong (Im sorry I couldn’t go to Davao). We really wanted to fly to at least say good bye but we can’t even do that. We can’t leave Manila to say farewell. I know my dad has been really silently sad about this but we know you’ll be happier where you are now. We will miss you Lola Nene. Thanks for spoiling me with all my favorite durian and durian candy. We’re really gonna Miss you. RIP”
Myrtle is a Philippine actress and cosplayer. Her first break in showbiz occured when she was declared the Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition 4 Big Winner. She is currently a part of the GMA Network.
