Celebrity couple Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez marked another milestone on their relationship as they celebrated their 1st month as husband and wife.
In Carla’s latest YouTube vlog, she showed to her fans and followers how they celebrated their 1st wedding monthsary. It appeared that Carla and Tom had a simple dinner date to celebrate the said special occasion.
During the said vlog, Carla also shared why she hasn’t changed her profile name on her social media account.
“Sabi ng mommy ko bakit hindi ko pa daw palitan yung profile name ko sa IG or FB, why daw Abellano parin. I’m like, ‘but everybody else is the same’… Bakit daw hindi ko napalitan kaagad… Sabi ko, wala pa naman yung marriage contract. Because technically we are married already, pero dahil wala pa namang marriage contact, hindi pa nire-release ni PSA…” Carla shared.
Carla also shared that she has to use ‘Abellana’ for now since her passport and all her government issued ID’s are still ‘Abellana’. Carla also shared that Tom still has to ‘petition’ her in the US embassy.
In a separate post on her Instagram account, Carla also posted a photo of her with Tom taken during their dinner date.
“No gifts, no Honeymoon, no surprises, no grand gestures. I booked us a table at a place we haven’t tried yet and that’s it! A nice and simple Dinner out on our first month as Husband and Wife. ❤️” Carla wrote in the caption.
