According to a report by ABS-CBN News, Migo has been charged with reckless imprudence resulting in physical injuries and damage to properties, and disobedience to person in authority.

Before the said incident, Migo was involved in another traffic violation earlier on the same day in Rockwell due to reckless driving.
He reportedly surrendered two driver’s licenses on both incidents but police will still look into which one was fake.
