Songwriter and composer Lolito Go posted a message about someone getting sued and many believed that he is actually responding to a post made by Atty. Joji Alonso.
Atty. Joji in her earlier post that she felt that a lawsuit is appropriate especially if “a story filled with lies and decides to make it a “pinned post”, with no intention other than discrediting and maligning said client.”

Although she didn’t name any names in her post, many believed that Atty. Joji was referring to the post by Lolito concerning Jason Hernandez and Moira Dela Torre.
The post of Lolito about someone getting sued affirmed what many netizens believed that the messages posted was about the issue mentioned above.
On his Facebook page, Lolito said:
“When someone is getting sued, it doesn’t automatically mean they’re wrong. When someone is getting sued, it doesn’t automatically mean they’re getting locked up.
Anyone can sue. And I am not someone you can intimidate by legal actions. I am willing to face the music.”
