Miss Vietnam breaks her silence over Catriona Gray’s gown and ‘slow motion twirl’ issue

“1/ Silence does not mean you are right but just because I see that you are now struggling with your funny actions. Be grateful and appreciate from where we started, that is my guiding principle in life. I always respect you as I believe whoever comes to my life, no matter they give me good or bad experience, they taught me many lessons.

2/ What I could not do well in the past time does not mean I don’t have ability to conquer it. Most importantly, by getting to know myself and learning from mistakes, I can convert my weaknesses to become my strengths. You don’t know how I work hard for it, so please do not judge me by your negative mind. I may not perform well on stage so I cover it by practicing harder for interview skill. I have watched all the Q&A portion of international pageants and categorized them to different topics to learn, even I had practiced them many times with my professional trainers, so for me it has no doubt about the possibility to complete well my Q&A performance.

I don’t want to say about this rumour anymore, fake news can violate and hurt other feelings, so please be kind as the way we treated you.”
